Where they started

The problem

Empire State Bulldogs breeds French Bulldogs in Albany, NY and offers stud service across New York State and beyond. Someone buying a puppy or booking a stud is about to spend real money with a stranger.

They want to see the dogs, know exactly what they are paying for and what comes with it, and reach a person fast.

What we did about it

What we built

King Simba's stud page on a laptop and a phone: his photo gallery, registry, color, weight, height and proven stats each tagged Pending, the $500 non-refundable booking deposit, a Book King Simba button and the 518-917-3429 call button.

King Simba's page

The flagship stud gets his own page. Photos, his stats, the $500 booking deposit and what it covers, then a Book button and the phone number right under it. Anything not yet backed by lab paperwork carries a Pending tag.

Four phone screens of the King Simba booking section: the Shipped Breeder Box tab with $500 due today, the six numbered steps and what the buyer covers, the Live Cover tab, and the deposit panel with Request Cash App and Request Venmo buttons. Captured on the live site, nothing sent.

Booking a stud, step by step

Two ways to breed: a chilled Breeder Box shipped to your vet, or live cover in Albany. Each path shows what is due today, when the balance is due, every step in order and what the buyer covers. Deposit details are sent after a call or text.

The How It Works row on a laptop with four cards: Deposit, Paperwork, Timing and Breed. Beside it a phone shows the Genetics and Clearances section with the DNA color panel, each result tagged Pending.

Four steps, and the paperwork

Deposit, paperwork, timing, breed. The whole stud process fits on one row. The DNA color panel and health clearances are listed in full, and any result still waiting on lab documents is marked Pending instead of stated as fact.

Four phone screens: a Lilac Merle Fluffy puppy card with Call to Meet and Ask About Lilac buttons, the contact page with the call or text card, the Next Litter On the Way section with expected colors and what is included, and the Join The Waitlist deposit card with a Request Deposit Details button.

Puppies and the waitlist

Each available puppy gets a card with photos, coat, a short write up and two buttons: Call to Meet and Ask About that puppy. When the next litter is on the way, families can join the waitlist, and the deposit is only asked for after a call.

Four phone screens: the Every Puppy Includes checklist on the homepage, the Health Guarantee page with the one year genetic guarantee, the Shipping Info page with flight nanny service, and the FAQ page with the health guarantee question open.

What comes with every puppy

Vaccinations, deworming, a vet check, the health guarantee, a microchip, a starter kit, breeder support and registration papers, listed on the homepage. The health guarantee, shipping and FAQ pages each answer the questions buyers ask before they call.
