Upon full payment, rights to the final code and design deliverables are transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified. Waldo7Labs retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and use it for marketing purposes.

4. Payments

Payment terms are defined in project invoices. We usually require a deposit before work commences. Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

Waldo7Labs is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. We build high-quality software but cannot guarantee 100% uptime of third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, APIs).
