Where they started

The problem

Bad Empire works out of a booth in New York's Diamond District and sells very different things: one of a kind flooded watches priced by quote, made to order trucker caps at a fixed price, and French Bulldog stud service. Each one needs a different next step, and all of it had to feel like one loud, consistent brand.

What we did about it

What we built

Four phone screens of badempire.vip: the LiV2CR8 trucker cap drop on the home page, the trucker caps grid at $28 each, the OG trucker cap page with its $28 price and Buy Now button, and that cap's details, highlights and specifications. The site's star rating line is blurred.

Caps priced straight from Shopify

The trucker caps, their photos and their prices come from the Shopify store. Each cap page shows the details and highlights, and Buy Now hands the order to Shopify checkout.

The Vault, by quote

Every watch lives in The Vault, filtered by collection or found by search. Pieces show Call for Quote instead of a price, and the Cartier Santos pieces stay up marked sold out.

Custom watch commissions

The Blueprint page walks through a custom piece: pick the base watch, approve a 3D design, then the jewelers build it. The commission sits in The Vault too, and every quote request ends at the contact form, which emails the shop.

King Mauve stud service

The French Bulldog stud has his own page. A $500 deposit holds a slot, shipped in a Breeder Box or bred in person, and a slot request gets a contract and invoice back. Six common questions are answered right on the page.
